Cryptid Nation Base Set

The base set was expected to release December 2020 with the Kickstarter edition consisting of 2500 Booster boxes, 2000 blister packs, 1000 spellbooks, and 500 of each tribal theme deck.

March 1st will come faster than you think, and we will not be idle as the weeks tick by! We will use this time to expand the MetaZoo community (with your help of course!), on getting the MetaZoo Comic off the ground, the establishment of the MetaZoo fan club, the inaugural class of our MetaZoologists, and finally filling out our line of amazing MetaZoo merchandise! If you have any suggestions about what we should be doing, we are all ears! We love feedback and have already received groundbreaking advice and ideas from people just like you.

Take a good look, notice any blur? The MetaZoo photographers have won many awards for their ability to take photos of Cryptids like Bigfoot with crystal clear quality.

After being compared to a pair of mutant eels and overfed sea otters, Chessie has taken a very hard look at itself.

Loveland Frogman (Base Set)

Many have heard the tale of the wise wizard who was turned into a frog. Although many have tried to hunt for him for his magical abilities, none have yet tried to seduce him.

Beast Of Busco (Base Set)

The Beast Of Busco may not be a hippo, but he is HUNGRY!

Flatwoods Monster (Base Set)

Found perched upon a tree despite it's tremendous size, gazing upon this Alien Monster results in filling ill. It came to our planet riding atop a meteor.

Fresno Nightcrawlers (Base Set)

We aren't completely sure if there's a pantless torso crawling around somewhere, and what function the two eyes of these Beasties serve it that's the case.

Sinkhole Sam (Base Set)

It is well known that most of the sinkholes in America are the work of Sinkhole Sam. Be careful where you walk, he doesn't take kindly to uninvited guests.

Slide-Rock Bolter (Base Set)

Macrostoma Saxiperrumptus lives only on the mountains that exist at greater than a 45 degree angle of inclination. It has a particular appetite for tourists.
